If a style was not created as a limited release, we will always plan to restock it. As a small business, we produce our shoes in small batches, so some styles may take longer to return. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear when your favourite styles are back.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this time, your order begins processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. A further email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

In the early 20th century, the design evolved into thejika-tabi, a split-toe shoe with a rubber sole worn by workers, artisans and farmers for its comfort, flexibility and grip.

Standard socks may feel uncomfortable inside the split toe. We recommend Tabi socks, toe socks or wearing the shoes without socks, depending on the style and your preference.

Yes. They are comfy enough for long wear days and were originally worn by farmers. Flat and low-heeled Tabi styles can be paired with office dresses, tailoring, skirts and trousers for a distinctive but polished look.
